In 2013 Women Mean Business Honors was created as a space for African Female entrepreneurs to collaborate with each other and share their knowledge, get inspired and network with other female entrepreneurs as a way to cultivate business growth and success. Shortly after that Women Mean Business LLC was born to provide female entrepreneurs, start ups, non-profits and private sector businesses with strategic marketing & media communications, business development and corporate event management services.

Since that time we've impacted, created new business partners and educated hundreds of entrepreneurs and businesses through our services and events in Sierra Leone and the US Diaspora.  As much as this platform is created for current or aspiring entrepreneurial woman who's ready to turn her gift or passion into a full-time opportunity to create the life (and career) of her dreams we also use our skills and experiences to work with other demographics that need our experience to transform their businesses, brands and events.
